Here's a snapshot of just a few of things that make Rodale Inc. such a great place to go to work every day.

  • The "Energy Center," our company gym located at the corporate headquarters in Emmaus, PA, offers free daily fitness classes in everything from pilates to X-biking, core workouts to Hatha- and Ashtanga-style yoga. Satellite office employees take advantage of subsidized memberships to private gyms.
  • Our Emmaus office has a fully accredited, on-site child care center for infants through kindergarten-age children, as well as a summer camp program.
  • Our New York office features a beautiful yoga studio, where employees can take yoga and pilates classes for free. The Cafes in our Emmaus offices provide low-cost meals and catering featuring local, organic, and high-quality ingredients.
