Rodale Appoints Fabiola Arredondo to Board of Directors

Emmaus, PA, and New York, NY, February 25, 2008 -- Rodale Inc., the authoritative source for trusted content in health and wellness worldwide, announced today the appointment of Fabiola Arredondo to the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Arredondo is the Managing Partner of Siempre Holdings, a private investment firm based in New York. With her appointment, Rodale's board will increase to eight members.

Arredondo previously held senior operating positions at Yahoo!, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), and Bertelsmann A.G.

Arredondo is also a Nonexecutive Board Director of the Experian Group plc (a FTSE 50 listed multinational) and of Spain's IBEX-listed Bankinter, S.A.; a Board Trustee of Sesame Workshop, the producers of Sesame Street; a Board Trustee of the World Wildlife Fund in the U.S. and previously a U.K. Board Trustee. In addition, she was previously a Nonexecutive Board Director of Intelsat Corporation in the U.S. and the BOC Group plc (previously "British Oxygen"/FTSE 50, now part of the Linde Group) in the U.K.
